EVENT Pass Rules

All passes must be purchased in advance through the Membership Portal. No on‑site sales are available.

Day Pass hours are 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Access is not permitted outside these times.

Day Passes do not include overnight privileges. This applies to all pass types — daily, weekly, monthly, or annual.

Pass Members must park only in designated guest parking areas.

You must be 18 or older to purchase a pass.

Pass Members must keep their digital pass accessible at all times and present it to staff upon request.

All pool rules and community regulations apply to Pass Members.

Smoking and vaping are allowed only in designated areas.

Personal speakers, boom boxes, or external music devices are not permitted. Audio may only be played through personal headphones or earbuds.

Glass: Absolutely no glass containers or bottles permitted in the park.

Alcohol: Always exercise MODERATION and discretion when consuming alcoholic beverages—no food or drinks in the pool.

Behavior: We promote family-oriented nudism, which should be WHOLESOME AND NON-SEXUAL. Sexually suggestive language, dancing, dress, or displays of affection are never appropriate. We are a nudist community, not a sex club.

Behavior (verbal or physical) or activity that disrupts the community's harmony and tranquility, such as overt sexual behavior or the appearance of overt sexual behavior, is unacceptable. 

Violations of privacy, intoxication, immoral public conduct, or any unruly disturbances will not be tolerated.

Cameras: NO CAMERAS IN PUBLIC AREAS without staff approval or supervision. NEVER PHOTOGRAPH ANYONE WITHOUT PERMISSION. Video photography is not permitted without staff supervision.

Children: Pass holders are not permitted to arrive with anyone under 18.

Dress: Nudity is welcome at all times and places in the community. When you do dress, regular street clothes and wraps are appropriate. NO LINGERIE, UNDERWEAR or SUGGESTIVE ATTIRE.

Pets: Pass users are not permitted to bring pets.

Pool Area: NUDITY is always preferred in the Pool Area. Tops for sun protection or bottoms for ladies are occasional necessities however, guests should be at least partially nude while in the pool area. NO SWIMSUITS or clothing in the pool at any time, meaning naked only in the pool.

Pool Etiquette: NO SWIMSUITS, shirts, or any other cover are allowed in the POOL. 

Please take a SOAP SHOWER before entering the pool.

Towels: Carry a towel with you at all times and ALWAYS SIT ON YOUR TOWEL for sanitary reasons.

Wildlife: Florida has a wide variety of plants and animals, some of which may be dangerous. Never ingest the berries or fruit of an unknown plant. Please DO NOT FEED THE ALLIGATORS. It is illegal and dangerous.

Any behavior or activity that disrupts the harmony and tranquility of the resort is not permitted.

Overt sexual behavior, or the appearance of overt sexual behavior, is not permitted. Any offensive behavior, please report it to the management immediately.

Pool furniture cannot be “reserved”.

Failure to pay a debt to Sunny Sands for any financial obligation incurred shall constitute grounds for suspension or revocation.

All fees must be paid before entering the Park. Scheduled events and activities are subject to change or cancellation. There are NO refunds or credits for canceled, suspended, or revoked persons.

Solicitation of any business or any service on the Park grounds is prohibited.

Carrying a firearm or other deadly weapon on one’s person in the park is prohibited.

Please obey the posted speed limit while on Sunny Sands property.

No tow trailers are allowed to be stored on-site.

Drones are prohibited in the airspace of Sunny Sands.

Motorized toys, or large floats or large tubes are not allowed in the pool.

Pets are not permitted in the pool area (except licensed service dogs).

Sunny Sands does not discriminate based on race, age, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or national origin. 

 Violation of rules may result in permanent loss of entry privileges to Sunny Sands.
